Fitness Center
The fitness center is located in the lower level of the SVE Community & Fitness Center. With names like Cybex and Precor, you are guaranteed our equipment to be commercial grade quality, boasting 99.9% uptime. Every one of our members receives personal training from a certified trainer. (Check out the benefits of personal training.) Never again will you walk in a gym and wonder what to do, or whether you are exercising correctly.
Our cardio equipment meets the needs of beginners through advanced fitness and includes treadmill, elliptical trainer, recumbent and upright bikes.
Weight training is fun and challenging with our high end modular Cybex units, as well as the “Tried and True” multistation for the traditionalist. We also have free weights including bench press and dumbbells. Various other specialized equipment maximize your core workout.
