This month we posted many new programs that will be starting or renewing in October 2014. Along with our well-known Zumba classes, we have added health and fitness classes such as Forrest Yoga, Tabata Bootcamp and a NEW older adult Age Fit Class on Tuesdays and Fridays.
In the youth area we will continue with the dance, Zumba and Tae Kwon Do classes and added gymnastics in many different age groups.
We are trying a NEW Book Club the first Tuesday of each month from 10-11 AM, so come join us and read, socialize and have fun. The class is free thanks to the co-sponsoring from the Spencer Public Library.
We hope to have more programs coming soon. But, we are always open to new ideas.
