Kids Spanish Class update

Classes will resume in the Fall
Young children have a much richer capacity to develop and acquire many languages simultaneously than adults have. SVECFC is now offering an after school Spanish program for ages Pre K-grade 2 in a lively, entertaining, and FUN setting!
Through repetition, games, and songs, your child will enjoy learning colors, foods, phrases, and some basic Spanish conversation.
Bus transportation to the SVECFC from the Van Etten Elementary can be arranged. Parent/guardians responsible for pick up.

NYS Driver Safety Course

Next Class is Saturday April 6th from Noon – 6pm

New York Safety Program sponsors the Driver Improvement Course that has been approved by the New York State Dept. Of Motor Vehicles for Point Reduction and the Dept. of Insurance for Insurance Reduction in New York State.

Please call 589-7688 or email us at getfit@htva.net to register for this money saving course!  Course cost of $30 per participant. Registration and prepayment is necessary for this class. Further information can be obtained on the course at www.nysp.com.  Offered by Driving Solutions of Spencer, Instructor Sergeant Rob Blaasch, Tioga County Sheriff’s Department.

Through repetition, games, and songs, your child will enjoy learning colors, foods, phrases, and some basic Spanish conversation.
Your child’s Instructor, Meira Keil,  is an Undergraduate student at Ithaca College and currently teaches a Spanish program for children within the Ithaca City School district under the guidance and support of Annette Levine, chair of the Ithaca College Spanish Department.

Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30-3:00pm for 4 weeks. Bus transportation to the SVECFC from the Van Etten Elementary can be arranged. Parent/guardians responsible for pick up.
